On June 6th,2022， local time in the United States, the first batch of the new 7000 series subway cars, assembled and tested by CRRC Sifang Co., Ltd., was delivered from their Chicago factory to the Chicago Transit Authority's Skokie Maintenance Facility (CTA Rail Skokie Maintenance Facility). This marks a significant milestone for China's largest subway vehicle export project to a developed country, as it officially enters the mass delivery phase.

In this project, SilShield's multi-layer film MAGPS-04 is extensively used in various applications, including windshields, fixed windows, cover glass, and LCD display glass. Besides supplying the material, we also offer flexible after services, such as pre-cut tear corners.
