SilShield MAGPS-02 Multi-Layer Anti-Graffiti Film
The SilShield® MAGPS multi-layer anti-graffiti film series is specifically developed and produced for the rail transit sector. This series consists of four removable PET film layers, each featuring the same high-standard anti-graffiti properties. This innovative design significantly minimizes the expenses associated with repairing vandalized window glass and enhances maintenance efficiency. The acrylic adhesive layer is versatile, allowing it to adhere to various surfaces, making it suitable for both manual tinting (using water) and automotive laminator tinting (using pressure without water).
Product Features:
-Up to 4 layers of removable structure, greatly improve the maintenance efficiency and lower the labor cost comparing with a single layer anti-graffiti film.
-Each layer has the same excellent anti-graffiti performance.
-Offer two thickness options for different environments and customer needs.
-The surface is specially treated with anti-graffiti coating, which can effectively reduce intentional and unintentional damage, protecting the film itself and the glass substrate.
-No residual adhesive, easy to remove and refresh, the selected adhesive layer is suitable for both dry and wet adhesive method.
-Using optical level transparent PET substrate, transmittance is still excellent after tinting the film.
-Anti-graffiti grade G1 (standard NF F31-112), meaning the graffiti surface can be easily cleaned with a non-hazardous detergent.
-Successfully meet EN45545, BS6853 and ASTM standards for flammability test.
Application Area:
-Glasses in the windows/doors
-Wind screen
-Display panels, PIS system panels
-Tables
-Baggage carrier
